Race Dental Laboratory’s acrylic department has been servicing Australian dentists since 1936. Acrylic work is the foundation of the company and what we do best! Our three senior acrylic managers have over 100 years experience between them and together they ensure that all acrylic work maintains a high level of quality, professionalism and individual service.

 | Overdentures & Precision AttachmentsIf dentures are required but some natural teeth remain, or if implants are used, an overdenture can be a great option.Our overdentures are processed over a solid framework, using a range of materials such as cast chrome, titanium, zirconia, fibre-reinforced resins or cast gold, to provide a sturdy and comfortable base for the denture. They can use any combination of crown, bridge or denture teeth and can be clipped in using a wide range of attachment systems or implant screws as each case requires. |

Valplast FlexValplast® is a versatile material often prescribed for removable partial dentures, as it is stronger, more flexible and reduces chair time. The invasive procedures and the cumbersome materials associated with rigid partials are eliminated and there are fewer steps in the treatment process because preparation of natural teeth is unnecessary. As there is no metal frame, the fabrication and try-in processes are simplified. The choice of a Valplast partial also avoids the use of metal, for higher patient satisfaction. Valplast is appropriate for a wide range of challenging cases due to its adaptability and the virtually invisible support which it provides. |
| Ivoclar BPS & IvocapBPS is the Ivoclar Vivadent brand of prosthetics designed for active patients who are likely to place more demands on their dentures. Race Dental Laboratory uses the BPS system to create a higher class of denture. BPS dentures are restorations of outstanding quality that will meet even your highest requirements, as well as those of your customers. The SR Ivocap injection system has been especially developed to compensate curing shrinkage. Heat/pressure curing allows shrinkage of the acrylate during polymerization to be compensated by inflowing material. The SR Ivocap injection technique therefore permits the fabrication of high quality products with excellent physical properties. |
