Custom Abutments At Race Dental Laboratory, we have a full range of pre-fabricated and custom options available for implant cases where an abutment is required. For many reasons, we find that custom-made abutments are far superior to pre-fabricated abutments in almost all situations. Our custom abutments are hand-made using high quality materials such as Zirconia, Cast Gold and Lithium Disilicate and systems such as Lava, Zeno ZX, Procera, E.max and Laser sintered Cobalt Chromium. Other Implant-Supported Solutions We offer the largest range of implant-supported solutions, providing you with access to our in-house stock of implant componentry - the largest commercial stock in the country. Using most implant systems makes our implant-supported solutions the premier choice for all dental professionals and our highly qualified technical team are always available to assist. Our solutions can use any combination of crown, bridge or attachment system as each case requires. Dentures may be retained using attachment systems or implant screws. More information

 

Procera Implant Bridges Procera® implant bridges use the highest quality materials to create a strong framework for restoration work. Race Dental Laboratory uses Procera® implant bridges from Nobel Biocare for tooth restorations at an implant level where multiple units are required. The implant bridge is screw retained to secure the finished product into place. When selecting a Procera implant bridge, there are two material options available: NobelProcera™ Implant Bridge Titanium and NobelProcera™ Implant Bridge Colored Zirconia.

 

3i CAM StructSURE Race Dental Laboratory invests heavily in innovative technology and uses some of the finest products and systems in the world. 3i’s CAM StructSURE Precision Milled Bars are a fantastic foundation for CAD/CAM patient-specific restorations. A CAM StructSURE Precision Milled Bar is a one-piece milled titanium alloy structure with a passive fit. This leading-edge technology offers simpler procedures for overdenture and fixed hybrid prostheses, with precision difficult to match with conventional laboratory techniques. Soldering or laser-welded joints can be avoided, eliminating the potential for weaknesses. The result is a more durable, passive restoration with fewer procedures.

 

Study Groups
