Training We Provide
We provide our employees with training courses and educational development sessions to keep their skills up-to-date. These include study groups, seminars and accredited / certified courses. Race Dental Laboratory provides training in various cutting-edge dental technology systems so that our employees are up-to-date with the latest developments.
Our "Lunch and Learn" Sessions encourage knowledge sharing to help employees develop a deeper understanding of specific areas of our business. We also offer study groups, which are also open to the general dental profession. Facilitated by the Technical Director, they provide participants formal training on specific technical topics.
